These Flower Fairies came from Border Fine Arts in Scotland and were based on the famous illustrations by Ciceley Mary Barker.

The figurines were made of resin and hand painted, and were known for their botanical accuracy, as they aimed to capture the specific plants and flowers exactly as they appeared in the 1920s drawings.

This is what made our shop fun, we could sell a sophisticated range like this alongside pocket money toys, posters and Bad Taste Bears and nothing looked out of place !
