These “Grow Your Own” kits from a company called Vesutor were a great addition to our stock aimed at keeping the kids busy.

Each packet had a small pot, soil and seeds to grow all sorts of weird and wonderful plants.

There were air plants, cress, Venus Fly Traps and all manner of strange plants.

I wonder how many children grew into avid gardeners after starting with one of these kits.
